2.1 BIODIVERSITY

Biodiversity is the longest topic in Biology Matriculation Curriculum. This topic is taught to students in semester 2 of the One Year Programme. Normally one month is needed to finish teaching Biodiversity. According to the 5 Kingdom System, this topic mentions the diversity of Kingdom Monera (Bacteria), Kingdom Protista, Kingdom Fungi, Kingdom Plantae and Kingdom Animalia. Most students complain that this topic is tough. So I came out with this tool which is the concept map to assist them to understand and memorize all the concepts easily. The linkage which connects all the concepts will help them in visualizing the contents.  Their visual capability will be enhanced through concept maps. Hope all the complaints will be swept away into the drainage.
