 Hi! On this page, I would like to share my experience to be interviewed and evaluated by two inspectors for my application to become an Excell Teacher DG48 (Guru Cemerlang DG48). The male inspector was from State Education Department of Perak and the female inspector was from State Education Department of Perlis. This was my first application for the post.

      Not only the preparation had seized my time to sleep for several days before the day to come, but the interview and evaluation process was tough, tiring and made my stomach to starve as no opportunity for me to take breakfast and lunch. Please do not misunderstand... I was starving not because of the two fellows but because I have no time to go to the cafe. Alhamdulillah ...the two inspectors are very nice guys.

         The process took a very long duration from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.! It included about two hours (two periods) of teaching and learning activities in the classroom with my students, from 11 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. It also included my presentation session for about 1 hour with the Q & A. I rested less than half an hour just to perform the Zuhur prayer. Then the process continued until 3.00 p.m.

        Tara...after  waiting for 7 months, finally I received the appointment letter from the Government of Education. I am now the Guru Cemerlang DG48! Unlimited thank you Allah ...

To be short, I would like to share the PowerPoint slides which I used to present during the presentation session. Hopefully, it will be a useful guide to all teachers at schools and the lecturers at any matriculation college like me if they have the determination to apply for such a position.

*** Actually there are many many more roles put on my shoulders in the Unit within the past 5 years. I think for the moment, it is enough to share several of them.
